I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you at National Exterminating for the excellent customer service and service you have provided to us since 2004.  When we built the house the builder used you to treat the initial foundation.  We decided to stay with you after we moved in and we are so glad we did.  No matter what the problem, you were responsive and customer oriented.  The smallest bug was a big deal to us but you made us feel respected even if the need wasn’t urgent.

The bigger issue is that it was a rare occurrence that we had to call you outside of our quarterly treatments.  That says a lot about the quality and thoroughness of your technician and the work that was done.  Terrance has been our technician and he is responsive and helpful and informative.

We sold our house and the closing is on 2/26/16, we told the new owners how pleased we are with your service and how reasonable you are.  They tell us they are going to continue using your service. So this email serves to notify you that we are cancelling our service but paperwork should be sent to the new owners Teresa and Edwin Brock.  I spoke to Mikie today and she said she would take care of it.

Mostly I wanted to express our appreciation for your excellent service and to Thank Terrance for being the upstanding young man he is and how much we enjoyed having him come every quarter to take care of our preventive services.
